Please find below an invitation for the third Webinar in a series of 4 Webinars jointly organized by the European Association of Hospital Managers (EAHM-AEDH-EVKM) and the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT).

The theme will be :

«Effects of the pandemic on structures and processes of the Health Services (Hospitals, Homes for the elderly, Health care networks, Mental Health, …)».

Program:

1. How do we organize the future provision of emergency and intensive care capacities in hospitals? Hospitals need reserve capacities – Navigating on just “what is needed at the moment” can be hazardous
2. The need of Human resources
3. Sustainable material, waste management and purchasing (supply chain)
